With over half of the world’s energy consumed by these processes, particularly in countries like India where cooling can cripple peak electricity grids, finding sustainable solutions is no longer optional. At TRIGeN, we champion the electrification of cooling through integrated renewable energy (RE) and Phase Change Material (PCM) storage systems. This innovative approach bypasses the limitations of standalone RE by seamlessly integrating it into efficient trigeneration – serving both heating and cooling needs – for both commercial and domestic consumers. This enables unprecedented decarbonization, four times faster than traditional methods, by tackling sensible and latent heat loads separately through optimized heat pump technology. Steam generating heatpump

Hot water contributes to only a 3rd of the industrial process heat demand. Going above 100 °C and in to the domain of steam opens up a large opportunity to reduce GHG emissions from process heating. Trigen’s SGHP (steam generating heatpump) a first in India, offers a 0.5 – 2x boost in efficiency with cost of steam as low as 0.03$/kg (Rs 3/kg). Thermal energy storage with PCM

Our proprietary phase change materials allows you to derive the free benefit of our heat pumps, whenever you are wasting the free cooling. With high storage capacity and large cycle life, our PCMs offer the best of storage capacity and temperature capacity of inorganic salt based materials and the cycling characteristics and stability of organic wax based materials.

Our PCMs are low cost, operate for 1000+cycles, circular economy friendly and great temperature ranges from -10 to +14.

Combined - heating - cooling (CHC)

Heatpumps are the greatest of climate friendly technology available to decarbonise our energy systems. Combining the heating and cooling benefit, our customers serve lightning fact payback periods and boosted green credentials. Trigen’s heatpumps can be deployed with tight integration of your heating and cooling needs for the highest possible benefit. Intelligently designed systems with optimum buffer storage capacity allows you to maximise your return on investment

Renewable integrated combined Heating - cooling with storage (RICHCS)

Our CHC solution can be smartly hybridised with Renewable Energy to make your process 100% GHG emission free. Operations such as milk processing requires energy in all forms, which can be met by an RE integrated CHC system. Compared to RE with a typical Li-Ion battery pack, the RICHCS systems offers 20% lower cost of energy at 1/4 of the CAPEX.

Heat pump - water heating

Our product stretches the boundaries of traditional heat pumps and generate high temperatures of up to 120 °C (industry-leading) with exceptional efficiency (COP 2.5-5) along with wide scalability from 70kW to 2MW to accommodate any process demand using eco friendly refrigerants. It is effortlessly able to hold steady even at low ambient temperatures of -40 °C.

Heat pump - Drying

Using the benefits of the heat pump water heating technology, we are able produce high quality drying mechanism for multiple products including FMCG, Tobacco, Paint shop, Minerals, etc… where the cost of drying reduced by half while achieving temperatures upto 110 °C in drying – a feat never achieved before using heat pumps.
